The location was pretty convenient, a walkable distance from Niigata station. Various food places and convenience stores are also nearby. There's free food after using the public bath.

Very nice Onsen. Also liked the free Ice cream they provided and the smoking room they had. The staffs were very friendly. The room was decently spacious for 2 people.

I love this hotel chain ! Good location, just 10’ walk from the JR station. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The Onsen is great. The usual free ramen,, ice cream…

Very attentive staff who gladly helped us arrange activities that would otherwise require fluent Japanese skills (e.g. make reservations, search for bus connections to remote areas). The bathing facilities are clean and comfy. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the small dinner and after-bathing snacks.

Handsome Onsen ! I spent many hours everyday during 4 days . I will Côme back for it !!! (Maybe just reduce 2 degré for the water 😅😅). The localisation is nice and close station. Breakfast is nice , depend of the staff you have .

It is a typical nice stay with Dormy Inn, the room is just right, hotel is not new but definitely well maintained and everything is clean, the public bath is good and to combat the very cold weather, they offer items like outer jacket for the yukata, blanket, soaks...etc per request - that's a very nice touch.

The hot spring which is a very good treat after a long day outdoors. The firm mattress and the 2 in 1 pillow which gives you a choice of hard or soft.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn't have an umbrella and they gave me one for free(it was raining🥹) The onsen was really nice. Free half serving of ramen and free ice cream bar was nice too!

The property was clean and friendly. What was extra nice was they had a popsicle stand for when you get done with the Public Bath.
